Return Window

You may return unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Your order number is required.
  • Final sale: pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons, unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Items marked "final sale" on our site are also non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@marina-jewelry.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with instructions on where to send the item. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

  • For change-of-mind returns and exchanges, return shipping is at your cost. There are no restocking or return fees.
  • If the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping and send you a prepaid label.
  • We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm it is approved.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [10] business days.
  • Standard shipping is free. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • International orders: import duties and taxes you paid on delivery are charged by your country's customs authority, not by us, so we can't refund them. You may be able to reclaim them from your local customs authority.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or style, email us at info@marina-jewelry.com. Send the original item back at your cost, and we'll ship the replacement free of charge once your return is on its way.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@marina-jewelry.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Manufacturing Defects

All Marina Jewelry pieces carry a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, and solid gold and sterling silver pieces qualify for lifetime repair at cost. See Section 9 of our Terms and Conditions for details.

Customers in the EU and UK

You have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day return window already includes this right. To use it, email us a clear statement that you are withdrawing from your purchase. You pay the direct cost of returning the item, and you are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check it. Pierced earrings are excluded from this right once their hygiene seal has been removed.
